At Luxwood, we don’t just build modular structures, we build them using our own engineered materials. Unlike other builders who rely on off the shelf products, Luxwood designs and manufactures its proprietary composite wall, floor and roof systems in-house. SUSTAINABILITY IN DESIGN
At Luxwood, sustainability is at the core of everything we build. Every modular structure uses screw pile foundations that do not disrupt or modify the ground, allowing for faster installation and full site restoration. Our Luxwood Composite Panel, made from 90% post industrial recycled materials, achieved a Rank 1 environmental rating in a Cundall sustainability review. As proud members of the Green Building Council of Australia, Luxwood is shaping a smarter and greener way to build.
